How to Analyze Your Results

To manage your campaigns effectively and maximize your income, you have three primary tools for data analysis:

  • Main Dashboard: Your go-to for a quick status check.

  • Reporting Tab: Your tool for deep-dives into trends and performance by program, source, or audience.

  • Conversion Tab: Your record of every individual sale and target action.

This guide focuses on how you can leverage the Main Dashboard and the Reporting Tab to grow your business.

To learn more about the Conversion Tab, check out this article here: Viewing Conversion and Customer Data

The optional SubID section described below is available only if the advertiser’s plan includes this feature.

Instant Performance Overview: Your Main Dashboard

Use the Main Dashboard when you need a high-level summary of your results or quick access to your referral link. From this view, you can:

  • Access Support Materials: Instantly download any helpful links, videos, or instructions provided by the advertiser to boost your work.

  • Track Last 28 Days: See your total clicks, conversions, and commissions earned at a glance.

  • Monitor Your Payouts: Check the number of pending commissions and view your total approved earnings.

  • Identify Your Reach: View which countries your active audience is coming from.

Advanced Analytics: How to Find What Works

When you need to understand why your performance is changing, use the Reporting Tab to export data or analyze it using specific parameters.

Tracking Trends Over Time

Use the Date reporting to see exactly how your clicks, sales, and commissions fluctuate. You can compare different days or months to identify seasonal trends or measure the success of a specific campaign. To find exactly what you are looking for, you can:

  • Set a Time Range: Focus on specific dates to view relevant commissions.

  • Choose Your Currency: View your earnings in your preferred currency for financial clarity.

  • Group Your Data: Organize your results by day, week, month, or year to spot long-term patterns.

  • Apply Targeted Filters: Narrow your results by specific programs or conversion statuses to focus on what matters most.

Here’s an example of the tab with all available filters displayed:

Beyond just viewing your numbers, you can use the Reporting tab to export your data for external analysis. This section allows you to dive deep into your performance and find specific ways to increase your revenue:

  • Analyze Your Programs: View the results for every program you promote to see exactly which products are generating your highest conversions and income.

  • Identify Your Best Traffic Sources: Break down your traffic by platform—such as websites, social media, email, or ads. This shows you where your highest-quality traffic is coming from so you can focus your efforts where they matter most. Learn more about sources [here ].

  • Pinpoint Top-Performing Content (by referrer): See the exact URLs or pages that are sending visitors to your links. This helps you identify your most successful content and improve pages that aren't performing as well.

  • Understand Your Audience: Segment your visitors by their location to see which regions convert best, allowing you to tailor your marketing strategy to the right audience.

  • Test and Label with SubIDs (Optional): If this feature is available to you, you can track custom parameters to label your campaigns. This is a powerful way to test different ads, placements, and strategies to find what delivers the best performance. Find out more about the SubID feature [here ].

FAQ

❓What should I do if my clicks or conversions aren't showing up?

If you don't see any reporting data, you can test the link yourself. Copy your referral link, open a new window in Incognito/Private mode, and visit the site. Check your dashboard after a few minutes; if it appears, your tracking is working. If not, please reach out to your advertiser.

❓What if I’ve made sales but they aren't appearing in my dashboard?

If the data is missing for both you and the advertiser, there may be a technical issue on the advertiser's website. Ask them to test your specific referral link by completing a test purchase. If the test purchase doesn't trigger a conversion, the integration may need to be fixed by their technical team.

Next Steps: Maximize Your Results

Now that you understand how to track and analyze your data, here is how you can take your affiliate strategy to the next level:

  • Refine Your Content: Check the Referrer data to see which specific pages or URLs are your "top earners" and replicate that content style.

  • Set Up Postbacks: If you use an external tracking system, configure Postbacks to automatically sync conversion data from the advertiser to your own tools.

  • Utilize SubIDs: If your plan allows, add SubIDs to your links to test different ad placements or creative versions and see which one performs better in real-time.

  • Track Bonus Results: Keep an eye on any additional rewards or performance-based incentive programs linked to your account.

  • View MLM Performance: If you are part of a multi-level marketing structure, monitor your network's commissions and overall team performance in the MLM tab.

  • Contact Your Advertiser: Don't hesitate to use the in-app messenger or notifications to ask for updates, request custom creative assets, or resolve tracking discrepancies directly.
