Tapfiliate is constantly growing and developing—and we want to ensure the changes we make keep your workflow clear and straightforward. Here, we'll go over the most noticeable changes in the updated version of Advertiser Portal (Dashboard), so you don't feel lost on the new ground.

✏️ In this article, we'll cover:

Dashboard - a first impression of the interface 👀

The newly introduced Dashboard page is easy to read and hasn't undergone many changes. What you can see here:

  • Active affiliates - Number of affiliates who had at least one click tracked within the specified time period.

  • Total conversions - The number of conversions tracked within the specified time period.

  • Conversion rate - Your current conversion rate, based on the conversion amount divided by the number of clicks.

The Recent activity box will display information on the current in-account events, including new conversions/customers/clicks tracked, as well as affiliates joined.

At the bottom of the page, you can find the welcome link to share with potential affiliates and invite them to join your Tapfiliate program. It will take them to your program signup page.

Program section - a key to set up your program(s) settings 🔑

The new Program page contains the essential settings for your affiliate program(s).

Program tabs:

  • General settings – Manage main program options like title, link, currency, and cookie lifetime. Long-time users may recognize this as the former General tab from Account Settings.

  • Commission structure – Define affiliate rewards: standard, group-based, or product/category-specific. You can also enable Recurring or Lifetime commissions and set their rules.

  • Signup page – Customize your program’s welcome page: edit the greeting, adjust colors, and add Terms of Service (we even provide a ready-made template!).

  • Marketing assets (ex. Assets)Store and share promo materials with affiliates. Upload banners, landing pages, YouTube videos, and more 🤩

  • Affiliate Groups – Manage your affiliates within groups, e.g., offer higher commissions to top influencers or key segments.

  • BonusesReward affiliates with extra commissions for meeting specific performance or earning goals.

  • MLM (Multi-Level Marketing)Build affiliate hierarchies where “parent” affiliates earn extra commissions from their downline’s conversions.

  • Advanced – Access optional settings, such as metadata visibility and tracking method adjustments. Some options may require review by your tech team 🧐

Conversions page - the storage of your affiliates' actions 📎

Your Conversions page contains information about the actions tracked via referral links. Whether it's a conversion or a customer, we'll keep their data on this page for your overview.

The page content can be filtered by various parameters, and the data can be processed (in batches as well) and exported to your email account.

The Customers tab provides an overview of users who have signed up for your service. This is particularly helpful when you need to see how many website users convert to paid clients and how much revenue they generate.

Affiliates page - manage your partnerships all in one place 🤝

You definitely need an instance where you can view and manage your partners (we call them affiliates). Here it is.

You can navigate to this page...

  • When you need to invite, approve, or check an existing affiliate's details in your account

  • If you need to configure a postback for your affiliate

Here, you can also enable and set up the Affiliate Recruitment feature—a great tool to involve your former customers in your affiliate program. They will have the opportunity to receive an affiliate link and promote your product or service to other visitors (and earn commissions, just like the other affiliates!). 👍

Reporting page – a summary of your program’s performance 💹

Each program requires detailed analysis. Your account Reporting page gives a clear, data-driven view of your affiliate program’s performance. It helps track key metrics (clicks, conversions, commissions, and revenue) in real time, enabling users to measure ROI, identify top-performing affiliates, and spot trends or issues quickly.

Tapfiliate provides a comprehensive set of reporting tools that help you monitor and analyze every aspect of your affiliate program’s performance. Each report offers a different perspective, ensuring you have the insights needed to make data-driven decisions.

  • General Overview – Get a quick snapshot of your current in-platform performance metrics.

  • Date – View detailed reports segmented by specific date ranges to identify trends over time.

  • Affiliates – Discover your top-performing partners and see who’s driving the most revenue.

  • Marketing Assets – Track the performance of shared promotional materials used by affiliates.

  • Referrer – See which pages visitors accessed before arriving on your website.

  • Landing Pages – Analyze which of your landing pages affiliates use most effectively.

  • OS/Browser – Understand how users convert across different devices, browsers, and environments.

  • Countries – Get a geographic breakdown of where your traffic and conversions originate.

  • Metadata – Filter and sort conversion metadata to uncover insights, such as which products attract affiliate-driven customers.

  • Program – Evaluate the performance of each program or campaign within your Tapfiliate account.

  • Affiliate Breakdown – Gain an in-depth view of your affiliate network’s structure and performance.

All reporting data can be filtered, adjusted by the time period, and exported. ✨

Account-wise Settings to complete your Tapfiliate setup ⚙️
