If you see a charge from Tapfiliate, it is most likely because your free trial period has concluded.

  • Automatic Transition: Billing begins automatically once the free trial ends.

  • Trial Duration: Depending on your plan, the trial lasts 7 days for the Launch plan or 14 days for the Scale plan.

  • Subscription Model: Unlike platforms that take a commission, Tapfiliate is a subscription-based software. This means you are charged a flat rate to keep your portal active, regardless of whether you have registered clicks or conversions.

If you are not satisfied during your first month, you may be eligible for a refund under our guarantee policy.

  • Refund Eligibility: You can request a refund within 14 days of your first payment.

  • Shopify Integrations: If you joined via the Shopify App Store, your refund must be processed externally through Shopify Support rather than Tapfiliate.

  • Processing Requests: To avoid significant delays, please do not file a dispute with your bank or payment provider while a refund request is pending with us. Filing a dispute causes providers to hold the funds, making it impossible for us to process your refund promptly.
