Before you cancel
Before you cancel your account, we recommend you to:
Export your data - After canceling, you won't be able to access your account.
Download your invoices β After canceling, you won't have access to your invoices (they are stored inside the account). Make sure you download them.
Notify your affiliates in the case that you're canceling the program (if required)
Pay out any commissions due (if there are any outstanding amounts).
How to request your Tapfiliate subscription's cancelation
Below you'll find the steps towards canceling your Tapfiliate subscription and closing your account:
Access your Profile via the avatar icon on the bottom of your account sidebar.
Go to your Billing page.
Click on the "Cancel account" button. This will open a window in which you can process the cancellation by specifying the reason and submitting a cancellation request.
Our Customer Support team will receive a notification and proceed on your request.
Note: Please read further here if you'd like to delete your account and all associated data permanently.
Lightspeed Users
Since your billing occurs through your Lightspeed account, you won't find a Billing page in your Tapfiliate account.
You will cancel your Tapfiliate account through Lightspeed.
Note: If you close your Lightspeed store, your Tapfiliate subscription will also end. If you are switching eCommerce software and would still like to keep your original Tapfiliate account, please contact support so we can arrange to recover your old account.

Can I reopen my account in the future?
It's possible to reopen an existing account.
However, the circumstances of the account's closure will determine how you'd go about this process.
If your account was canceled while trying out Tapfiliate (during the 14-day trial time), you may contact customer support to retrieve your account.
βYou may attempt to log in if your account was canceled after your trial ended (you had already made subscription payments). You will need to submit payment information to restart your subscription.
