The Branding section lets you make your affiliate portal match your brand—add your logo, custom domain, or go fully white-labeled.
What’s in the Branding Section?
Here’s what you can customize to match your brand:
Full White Labeling feature: remove all Tapfiliate branding from the affiliate portal
Custom Domain: use your own domain instead of
yourcompany.tapfiliate.com
Logo & Favicon: add your own logo and browser icon
Sender Name & Email&DKIM Authentication: customize the “From” name and email for affiliate notifications
Full White Labeling
By default, affiliate dashboards show Tapfiliate branding. But for those looking for a clean, professional presentation, we offer Full White Labeling. This feature removes all Tapfiliate logos and branding across your affiliate portal and communications.
Whether you’re an agency managing clients or a brand that values a polished, on-brand interface—this upgrade is your key to a seamless experience.
Custom Domain
With Tapfiliate, your affiliate portal is hosted at yourcompany.tapfiliate.com
. Want to make it truly yours? With Custom Domain (Domain Aliasing), you can host your affiliate program on your own branded domain—like https://affiliates.yourdomain.com
.
Includes SSL certificate setup: We automatically generate and install a secure SSL certificate for your custom domain, so your portal is accessible via HTTPS, encrypted, and trusted by modern browsers.

Favicon: Small browser tab icon (16x16px, .ico format)
These small visual touches go a long way in making your affiliate space feel like a native part of your brand environment.
Sender Name & Email Customization
Ensure your affiliate emails look trustworthy and consistent by setting a Sender name and Sender email address.
Sender Name: The name affiliates see as the “From” name in their inbox.
Sender Email: Must be your own domain. Free services like Gmail or Hotmail are not supported.
You’ll need to set up an SPF record to ensure deliverability—SPF setup guide here.
You can also toggle DKIM authentication to further improve email security and trust.
