Plan Availability & Access
The multi-language feature is structured to grow with your business:
Scale & Enterprise Plans: Full access to all supported languages is included by default.
Launch Plan: This feature is available as a paid add-on.
Note: If you are currently on the Launch plan and want to unlock these settings, please reach out to our support team to activate the add-on.
How to Set Up Your Program Language
You can define the default language for each of your programs individually.
Log in to your Advertiser Dashboard.
Navigate to Programs and select the specific program you want to edit.
Click on the Signup page tab in the side menu.
Find the Language dropdown (as seen in the screenshot below).
Select your preferred language and save.
How It Works: Advertiser vs. Affiliate Side
Understanding the difference between the Signup Page and the Internal Portal is key:
The Signup Page: The language you set in the "Signup page" settings is fixed for all visitors. Affiliates cannot change the language of the signup form. They will see it exactly as you have configured it.
Inside the Affiliate Portal:
On the Launch Plan: Your affiliates will see their dashboard only in the default language you selected (e.g., if you choose English, their entire portal remains in English).
On Scale/Enterprise Plans: Once logged in, affiliates have the freedom to change their personal dashboard language. They can do this by clicking their profile icon and going to Profile Settings.
The Admin Side: Please note that the Advertiser (Admin) platform interface is currently available in English only.
FAQ
❓What languages are currently supported?
The affiliate portal currently supports English, French, German, Spanish, and (Brazilian) Portuguese.
❓Can I have different languages for different programs?
Yes! Since language is set at the program level (Programs > Signup page), you can have one program in Spanish and another in German within the same account.
❓What happens if an affiliate wants a language I haven't enabled?
On Scale/Enterprise plans, the affiliate can choose from any of our supported languages within their own settings. If you need a language outside of our current list, please contact support about a custom add-on.
❓Why can't I see the language settings in my account?
If you are on the Launch plan, these settings may be hidden until the multi-language add-on is purchased. Contact support to have it enabled.
