Where to Add Payout Methods
There are two primary ways you may encounter the payout setup:
During Onboarding: Some advertisers require payout details as a mandatory step during your initial sign-up. In these cases, you won't be able to access your dashboard or start promoting until this information is provided. SCREENSHOOT
Inside the Affiliate Portal: If it wasn't required at sign-up, or if you need to update your details, you can manage this at any time from your settings.
To find your payout settings:
Click on your Profile Avatar in the top right corner of the dashboard.
Select Payout methods from the dropdown menu (as shown in the first screenshot).
Alternatively, you can click on the Payouts tab at the bottom of the left-hand navigation sidebar.
Managing Your Payment Options
Once you are in the Payout methods section (shown in the second screenshot), you can view your current methods and add new ones.
Primary Method: You can add one or several payout methods, but you must select one as the primary option. This is where your commissions will be sent by default.
Advertiser Requirements: Please bear in mind that the available payment options (e.g., Bank Transfer, PayPal, Stripe, etc.) are determined by the advertiser. Some advertisers may offer multiple choices, while others may restrict payments to a single specific method based on their company policy.
FAQ
❓Who handles my actual payments?
All payments are issued directly by the advertiser you are promoting. Tapfiliate provides the tracking software, but we do not process or hold your commission funds.
❓Why don't I see a specific payment option (like Wire Transfer)?
If a specific method is missing, it means the advertiser does not support it at this time. You must choose from the options they have made available.
❓I have a question about a missing or delayed payment. Who do I contact?
Since all financial transactions happen on the advertiser's side, you must contact the advertiser's support team directly for questions regarding payment schedules, tax forms, or late transfers.
Note: Tapfiliate support cannot assist with payout-specific inquiries or status updates, as we do not have access to the advertiser's financial accounts.
❓What is the difference between "Pending" and "Approved" commissions?
Pending commissions are earnings from sales currently in the "waiting period" (to account for returns or processing). Approved commissions have been verified and are ready for the next payout cycle.
