How to Add Support Materials to the Affiliate Portal

Follow these simple steps to customize your affiliate portal messages:

1. Go to Settings -> Dashboard

​2. Add Messages

  • Hover over the field, click the + icon, and choose from

  • Add a friendly message

    Welcome Message for Approved Affiliates

    (This message will appear on the dashboard for approved affiliates.)


    *"🎉 Welcome to the team! We're excited to have you onboard.

    • Need help? Check out our Affiliate Guide.

    • Download our branded assets here.
      Don't forget to set up your preferred payout method in your profile!"*

    Welcome Message for Pending Affiliates

    (This message will appear on the dashboard for pending affiliates)
    ​
    "🕒 Thanks for signing up! Your application is under review. We'll get back to you shortly.
    In the meantime, feel free to check out our FAQs to learn more about the program."
    ​
    3. Save

    Once done, click Save to apply the changes.

    4. Verify in Affiliate Portal

    Log in to the Affiliate Portal as an affiliate or test account to ensure the messages display correctly.
