❓Why is my email address being rejected during setup?
Public Domains: You cannot use
@gmail.com,@yahoo.com, or@outlook.com. You must use a domain you own.Missing Syntax: Ensure your record includes the mandatory
v=spf1prefix and an ending tag like?allor~all.
❓ My DNS is correct, but the "From" email is still failing. Why?
Propagation Time: DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to take effect globally.
Multiple Records: Having more than one SPF record on a single domain is invalid. Ensure you have combined all "includes" into a single TXT record.
❓ My emails are "firing" but not landing in the inbox. What should I do?
Check DMARC Policies: If your domain has a strict DMARC policy (
p=reject), it may block the email.Solution: Try using a subdomain (e.g.,
support@affiliates.yourdomain.com) with a more relaxed DMARC policy (p=none).
Search Folders: Advise your affiliates to check "All Mail," "Promotions," or "Spam" folders.
