With Tapfiliate, it's possible to host multiple affiliate programs within the same Tapfiliate account.
However, there are some important things to keep in mind:
Both programs would be hosted in the same affiliate portal domain.
You'll have to carry out an integration and install tracking codes in both domains/stores.
All payments are going to be gathered on the same Payments area.
Cross-domain tracking is not supported.
