Key Export Process Steps

The general process for exporting list data (Affiliates, Conversions, and Customers) involves three main steps: Filter, Select, and Export.

Export Your Conversion Data

For a detailed breakdown of your affiliates' conversions, you can export data directly from the Conversions Page.

  1. Go to your Conversions Page. You can apply filters if you only want to export a specific subset of conversions.

  2. Select Conversions: Simply check the box next to the conversions you would like to export.

    • Select All: Checking the initial box will select 100 items per page. If you have more conversions, ensure you click on the "Select all xxx items" link that appears in the grey box to select the entire list.

  3. The "Export" button will appear at the top. Click it to initiate the export.

  4. Note: The CSV file containing conversion data will be sent to your email.

What information will be included in the export file?

The filters you apply when generating the list of conversions will also be applied to the export (for example, filters by affiliate or by the time period in which the conversions were registered).

However, the information included in the export file—the fields such as affiliate name, conversion creation date, etc.—is static. Below is the list of fields included in the export file:

  • Type - commission or conversion type as commission and conversions are different entities in the system

  • Id - the unique conversion’s identifier generated by Tapfiliate

  • External_id - the unique conversion’s identifier sent to us from your end when creating a customer in Tapfiliate

  • Customer_id (optional for a conversion) - the unique customer’s identifier sent to us from your end when creating a customer in Tapfiliate
