The Legal Foundation: By checking the box at registration, you agreed to the program's specific rules regarding promotion methods, brand usage, and ethical standards.
Stay Compliant: It is recommended to revisit these terms if you are ever unsure about a specific marketing tactic, as following these rules is a prerequisite for receiving payouts.
Finding Commission Details
Transparency in your earnings is a priority. You can verify your commission rates at any time:
On the Sign-up Page: Before joining, the commission structure is clearly outlined on the landing page to ensure you know the value of the offer.
Inside the Affiliate Portal: * Navigate to the Programs section in the left sidebar.
You will see cards for each program you are enrolled in (e.g., "Your Online Shop" or "Your SaaS Program").
Commission structure is displayed front-and-center (e.g., $15 Standard).
For more granular details on performance tiers or recurring rules, click the View button on the program card.
Support Materials (Permanent Resources)
To ensure you have constant access to essential information, the Support Materials block is a permanent fixture on your main Dashboard. This block cannot be hidden, ensuring that critical resources are always one click away.
Where to look: Locate the "Support materials" card on your Dashboard and click Go to materials.
What you’ll find: This opens a dedicated side panel containing:
Direct Contacts: Team details for when you need human support.
Training Guides: Links to the "Affiliate Guide" to help you optimize your strategy.
Downloadable Assets: Quick links to branded images, logos, and templates.
Announcements: Information on upcoming webinars or platform feature updates.
FAQ
❓Why is my commission slightly different than expected?
Usually, this is due to shipping costs or taxes being excluded from the commissionable total. Contact the advertiser of your program.
❓Can I request a higher rate?
If you are a high-performing affiliate, use the contact details in your Support Materials to discuss performance-based tiers with the advertiser.
