How to Read and Use the Main Dashboard

What You Can See on the Dashboard

The Getting Started Guide in your Dashboard is your first step with Tapfiliate, designed to help you set up and launch your affiliate program quickly and easily. Learn more about how to navigate the guide here.

The Tapfiliate dashboard can help you understand the following number and trends:

  1. Active Affiliates – How many affiliates are currently active in your program.

  2. Total Conversions – How many conversions (sales, sign-ups, etc.) your affiliates have generated.

  3. Conversion Rate – How effective your affiliates are at converting clicks into conversions.

  4. Recent Activity – The latest actions of affiliates, such as clicks, sales, and amounts earned.

  5. Trends – Whether your affiliates’ activity, conversions, or conversion rate are increasing or decreasing compared to a previous period.

  6. Date Range – The period for which the data is displayed, allowing you to track performance over time.

This dashboard essentially gives a quick overview of your affiliate program’s performance and affiliate engagement.

Using the Dashboard Effectively

You can view detailed statistics in the Reporting tab or check each conversion individually in the Conversions tab.

Additionally, here you’ll find a link to your program's sign-up page that you can share with potential affiliates to help spread the word about your program.
