The Four Steps to Get Started

The Getting Started Guide is the first touchpoint with Tapfiliate in your Dashboard tab, designed to help you launch your affiliate program quickly and efficiently.

Navigating the Getting Started Guide

There are four steps to get started:

  1. Set up your program – Create your first affiliate program or offer. Give it a name, specify the website you want to promote, set the currency, and define the commission rate.

  2. Customize your affiliate sign-up page – Tailor the affiliate sign-up page to match your brand.

  3. Connect Tapfiliate to your website – Follow the integration guide to complete this step. This ensures your affiliate program tracking works correctly.

  4. Get the word out – Share your affiliate sign-up page on your website (e.g., in your footer), include it in your email signature, or feature it in your newsletter.

To navigate the Getting Started Guide, click the right-pointing arrow to open a step, and click the down-pointing arrow to close it.

Even if you close the Getting Started Guide, you can always access these steps from your account to set up or explore your account further.

Where to Find Each Step in Your Account

All of these steps can be completed directly in your account using the following tabs:

  • Set up your program – Go to Programs > General Settings.

  • Set commissions in Programs > Commission Structure.

  • Customize your sign-up page – Go to Programs > Sign-up Page.

  • Integrate with your website – Check Settings > Supported Integrations for integration options.

  • Share your sign-up link – Find it in the Dashboard below the Getting Started Guide.
