If you have this integration type, we assume you have previously installed it through the Lightspeed eCom App Store. If you have a Lightspeed C-series version, we advise upgrading your Lightspeed eCom to E-Series (Ecwid) to ensure your integration is up-to-date.
Please note that by installing the App through the Lightspeed eCom App Store, a new Tapfiliate account will be opened and billing will be handled through Lightspeed.
Important things to note:
Tapfiliate app in Lightspeed supports old checkout only. This means that the integration for the Lightspeed eCommerce App Store products won't work with Tapfiliate
Once your account is canceled, it won't be possible to reopen it due to the app restrictions
Don't forget to make a test conversion before launching your affiliate program to ensure correct tracking.
