Here are the payout methods currently supported by Tapfiliate: 

Do you want to pay out affiliates using a different method? You can create your own payout method.

For Venmo as your chosen payment method, ensure affiliates input their username and phone number in the payment settings. If there's no phone number, advise them to delete the method, then re-add Venmo with the necessary fields (username and phone) completed.
Changes can be made by clicking on the bubble with initials in the affiliate portal -> Payment methods.

Keep in mind that payments to affiliates are not automated - to officially pay out your affiliates, you'd still need to upload the payment file to your chosen payment processing service, (i.e. PayPal MassPay/Payouts).
