Options for accessing your closed account and re-starting your Tapfiliate subscription.

If you canceled your account, how you regain access would depend on the circumstances at closure.

Below we list the two possibilities, and how to proceed if you wish to reopen your account.

I closed my account during trial time

  • Reach out to our support team. Click on the chatbox on the bottom right of this page, and let us know the email of the account you'd like to reopen.

  • We will renew your trial time, and let you know when you can expect your first charge to take place.

I had a paying account (at least one payment made)

  • If you already had a paying account (trial had ended), you may proceed to log in using your email and password.

  • You will be asked to submit your payment details and be charged right away.


I would like to start a new trial, but the email is already in use. What can I do?

If you already had an old account with an email you'd prefer to use, contact our customer support team. We will then arrange to have your old account deleted, so that you may begin with a clean slate.
