If you'd like to withhold payment of certain commissions, you may do so by using the "Up to" filter in the Payments page. 

This is useful in cases where you'd like delay the payment of commissions that are not past a refund period, or if you'd only like to pay the commissions up of a certain date (the end of the month, for example).
