Who runs the program you joined
Tapfiliate is the software that companies use to run their own affiliate programs. When you join a program, you join that company's program. The company decides the terms, the commission rates, which applications are approved, and when and how affiliates are paid.
Tapfiliate does not run the program, does not hold or send the money, and cannot make decisions on the company's behalf.
What Tapfiliate support can help you with
Signing in to your affiliate dashboard, including finding the right portal address.
How the dashboard works: where to find your referral link, your coupon code, your reports, your balance and your payout history.
Adding or changing your payout details in your own profile.
Finding more programs to join through the Affiliate Marketplace, which lists programs from companies that use Tapfiliate.
What only the brand can answer
These are all decisions that belong to the company running the program, so Tapfiliate support cannot act on them:
Approving your application. Each brand reviews and approves its own applications. There is nothing extra you need to do on the Tapfiliate side: your application stays pending until the program owner reviews it.
Your commission rate. Rates are set by the brand. If the rate on your account is different from a rate you saw advertised, only the brand can check it and change it.
When a commission is approved. See the section below.
Payments. Payouts are sent by the brand through its own payment provider, outside Tapfiliate. Tapfiliate cannot see whether a transfer was made, where it went, or why it has not arrived, and cannot send, trace or reissue a payment.
Passing on a message or sharing contact details. Tapfiliate support is not a contact channel between brands and their affiliates, and does not share a brand's contact details.
Reopening your account in a program that has closed. If a brand has closed its program, accounts in that program cannot be reopened from the Tapfiliate side.
Pending, Approved and Settled
Pending to Approved. Tapfiliate has no standard timing for this. Each brand decides when commissions in its program are approved. Both manual and automatic approval are possible:
The brand can turn on automatic approval. Commissions are then approved as soon as they are created, or once the sale is paid for some store integrations.
Without automatic approval, a commission stays Pending until the brand approves or disapproves it.
Tapfiliate has no built-in timer that approves pending commissions after a set number of days. If a brand uses a validation period, the brand approves the commissions itself when it ends.
Can you see the brand's approval period? No. Affiliates cannot see a program's approval settings. Usually the only place this appears is the program's own terms, if the brand shared any when you joined.
Settled. "Settled" means the program has marked that balance as paid in its own records. It does not confirm that a transfer actually went through. The transaction IDs, the transfer dates and the recipient details are held by the brand, not by Tapfiliate.
Expected payment date. Tapfiliate does not show one. Approved commissions count towards your balance with the program, and the brand pays on its own schedule. Payouts the brand records appear in your affiliate dashboard.
How to reach the brand
Try the messenger in your dashboard. If the program has it enabled, you will find it under Messages and can write to the program team there. Notifications from the brand are one-way: if you only see messages you cannot reply to, two-way messaging is not switched on for that program.
Otherwise, contact the brand directly through the channels on their own website, such as their contact or partner page.
If you are chasing a payment, it helps to put everything in one message: the dates and amounts of the payouts in question, and the payout details you have on file with them.
FAQs
❓I got an email saying my account was closed. Can Tapfiliate reopen it?
If the brand's program is no longer running on Tapfiliate, accounts in it cannot be reopened from our side. Please contact the brand directly.
❓Can I earn money through this program?
Yes, but the earnings come from the company that runs the program, not from Tapfiliate. Log in to your affiliate dashboard for that program to find your link and your earnings, and ask the brand about rates, approval and payouts.
❓I replied to an automated email and reached Tapfiliate. Is that normal?
Yes. Program emails are sent through Tapfiliate on the brand's behalf, so replies can land with us. We will point you back to the brand, because they are the only ones who can answer about their program.
