Please note, if you have integrated via the Shopify App store, the refund will be processed outside Tapfiliate through Shopify support.

Note: If you have submitted a refund request to Tapfiliate, please do not file a dispute with your payment provider. Doing so will result in the provider holding onto the payment, causing delays in our ability to promptly process the refund, and extending the overall time it takes.
