How to update your personal information
To keep your profile up to date, follow these navigation steps:
Click on the round profile icon (avatar) located in the top right corner of the screen.
Select Profile settings from the dropdown menu.
Ensure you are on the Personal info tab.
Within the Profile section, you can update your First name, Last name, and Email.
To change your profile picture, click the blue Edit link next to the avatar to open the upload window.
Note: Uploads must be in JPEG or PNG format, with a maximum width of 300 px and a maximum file size of 300 KB.
Scroll down to the Company section to update your business name and description.
In the Your channels section, add the domains where you will post marketing materials (e.g., facebook.com, instagram.com) by entering the link and clicking Add.
Click the blue Save button at the bottom of the page to apply all changes.

❓Can I change my registered email address?
Yes, you can update your email in the Profile section of the Personal info tab, but remember that this will change your login credentials.
❓What are "Channels" used for?
Channels help the advertiser understand where their brand is being promoted. Providing accurate links helps with account verification and performance tracking.
❓Why isn't my profile picture uploading?
Ensure your image is a JPEG or PNG and does not exceed the 300 KB size limit or 300 px width limit.
