Sign up page

The affiliate onboarding process begins on the sign-up page, where affiliates provide their First Name, Last Name, Email, and Password.

At this stage, they also agree to the advertiser’s Terms and Conditions.

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before accepting them, as they may include important details about the program rules—such as which traffic sources are allowed or prohibited, how affiliate payouts are processed, and more.

Onboarding step 1: Profile details

The onboarding process begins immediately after you sign up for the program.

In the first step of onboarding, affiliates will already see their First and Last Names pre-filled. They can also set their time zone and choose the language for their affiliate portal.

Onboarding step 2: Address information

In the second step, affiliates provide their address details—such as Country, City, Zip Code, and more. Some fields are required, while others are optional. The required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*).

The details collected at this stage are determined by the advertiser. They may need this information for invoicing, understanding your location, and other purposes.

Please note that in some cases, advertisers may add additional fields that aren’t shown in the screenshot. Onboarding fields can be customized, and advertisers can decide which information they need to collect.

Here’s where this is configured on the advertiser’s side:

  • Default affiliate onboarding fields

  • Custom affiliate onboarding fields

Onboarding step 3: Additional information

In the third step, affiliates provide information about their company and share how they plan to promote the advertiser.

Onboarding step 4: Payout method details

In the fourth step, affiliates provide their payout details. The options in the dropdown menu are set by the advertiser. The information shared here—such as PayPal email or bank account—will be used to send their rewards.

The payout methods available in the list may vary, as they are determined by the advertiser. Here’s more information on how this is configured.
