Your Trial Period

Tapfiliate offers a trial period for each plan so you can explore our features before committing:

  • Launch Plan: 7-day trial

  • Scale Plan: 14-day trial

  • Enterprise Plan: 30-day trial

Your subscription will be charged the day after your trial ends. After that, billing occurs on the same day every month or year, depending on whether you chose monthly or yearly billing.

How to Check Your Current Plan

You can easily view your current subscription and billing details in your account in the Billing section.

To update your plan, including upgrading or downgrading, visit the Upgrading or Downgrading Your Subscription article.

How Your Bill is Calculated

Your subscription is billed monthly and consists of a base rate plus any applicable additional fees. Here’s how the billing works:

1. Overage Fees

If you exceed your plan’s allocated number of clicks or conversions, overage fees will automatically apply to your next bill. Overage fees vary depending on your plan-check our Pricing Page for details.

2. Plan Upgrades

When you upgrade your plan, your account is prorated:

  • Your plan is upgraded immediately.

  • Your next invoice will include the regular subscription fee plus a prorated fee for the remaining time in your current billing cycle.

This ensures you only pay for the time and features you use. For more details, see our Terms of Service.

3. VAT (EU Only)

If you’re located in the EU and haven’t added your VAT ID, Tapfiliate is required to apply a 21% VAT to your monthly invoice. This means your bill will be higher until you provide a valid VAT ID.

Note: Tapfiliate does not take any commission on conversions. You only pay for your plan and any additional fees that apply to your usage.
