An overview of possible issues you might bump into while integrating with Squarespace

I've integrated Tapfiliate with Squarespace, but I'm not seeing any affiliate clicks or conversions. What should I do?

  1. Check code implementation: Please ensure you've copied and pasted the Tapfiliate code snippets into the Squarespace editor's Header and Order Status/Confirmation Page. Double-check for typos or errors.

  2. Verify your Tapfiliate account ID: Replace 'YOUR ACCOUNT ID' with your actual Tapfiliate account ID. Inside your Tapfiliate account, you will be able to find your account ID on your Profile Settings page.

    To reach this page, click on your initials bubble at the bottom left of the platform and find your Profile settings.

    You'll find your account's unique ID at the bottom of the page.

  3. Test your affiliate links: Click on your affiliate's referral link to simulate a purchase and check if it's being tracked in your Tapfiliate dashboard.

  4. Review Squarespace settings: Ensure Squarespace is set up to record customer email addresses.

I'm having trouble finding the right code injection boxes in Squarespace. Can you help?

  1. Go to your Squarespace website editor.

  2. Click on Design and then Edit Code.

  3. Look for the Header and Order Status/Confirmation Page sections. This is where you'll need to insert the Tapfiliate code snippets.

My affiliate links are working, but I'm still not seeing any conversions. What could be the problem?

  1. Check Squarespace settings: Ensure that Squarespace is set up to record customer email addresses. Tapfiliate uses this information to attribute sales to the correct affiliates.

  2. Please look over your Tapfiliate account settings: Make sure your Tapfiliate account is configured correctly to track affiliate sales.
